# Quick start

> Create your profile, publish your first product, and get paid on Guaybo.

Guaybo brings your products, your community, and your payments together in one
place. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first sale.

  Creating your profile is free. On the **Free** plan there is no monthly fee —
  you only pay a commission when you sell. See [Pricing](/en/pricing).

## 1. Create your account

Sign up with your email. Every new account starts on the **Free** plan,
regardless of the plan you pick later.

## 2. Create your creator profile

Onboarding has three steps:

    Pick your **profile name** and your **alias** — the public link where your
    page lives: `guaybo.com/your-alias`.

    Alias rules: lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only, minimum 3
    characters. If it is taken, the form tells you and you pick another.

  <Step title="Category and description">
    Choose your **main category** (it determines where people find you in the
    marketplace) and write a short description of what you do. The description
    is optional but helps discovery.

  <Step title="Profile picture">
    Upload your own image or pick one of the preset avatars. You can change it
    anytime from the Studio.

Once you finish, your public page exists and is shareable.

## 3. Publish your first product

From **Studio → Products** you create what you sell. Guaybo supports four types:

    Online or in person, with date, capacity, and access control.

    Mentoring and consulting with a configurable schedule and availability.

A product moves through states: `DRAFT` while you build it, `PUBLISHED` once it
is visible and sellable, `PAUSED` if you want to close it temporarily.

  Publish as a draft first and review your public page before sharing it.

## 4. Set up how you get paid

In **Studio → Settings → Payment methods** you turn on your payment rails.
Guaybo is built for LatAm and supports both bolívares and dollars:

| Cash            | Manual record of in-person payments                  |

  Before you can receive payouts you must complete
  **Settings → Account verification**. Without it, withdrawals are not released.

## 5. Share and sell

Your public page `guaybo.com/your-alias` lists all your published products.
Each product also has its own link `guaybo.com/your-alias/product`, ideal for
campaigns.

When someone buys:

1. They complete checkout with the fields you defined.
2. They pay with any method you enabled.
3. They get access to the product in their account (**My purchases**).
4. You see the sale in **Studio → Dashboard**.

## 6. Grow your business
