# Pricing

Start free. Pay only when you sell.

Guaybo charges in two ways: a **commission per sale** and, optionally, a
**monthly fee** if you upgrade to lower the commission and raise your limits.

## What scales with your plan

Each plan defines limits and features. The main ones:

Exact per-plan limits are shown when you pick a plan in the Studio, which is
always the authoritative source.

## How billing works

* **Currency.** Plans are listed in USD. If you pay in bolívares, the amount is
  converted at the current rate and **16% VAT** is added. USD charges do not
  carry that tax.
* **Plan changes.** Upgrading credits the unused portion of your current plan
  (proration), so you only pay the difference.
* **Coupons.** If you have an active coupon, the discounted price and how long
  it lasts are shown before you confirm.
* **Commission.** Applied to every sale, independent of the monthly fee.

## FAQ

    No. The Free plan has no monthly fee — you only pay the commission when you
    make a sale.

    Payouts follow the payment method you enabled. To withdraw, your account must
    be verified under **Settings → Account verification**.

    Yes. Plan changes are handled in Billing and apply to the corresponding
    cycle.

  <Accordion title="Can I charge in bolívares?">
    Yes. Guaybo supports mobile payment, immediate debit, and cash in VES, plus
    Zelle, Binance, PayPal, Zinli, and card in USD.
